About Some Of My Varied Writing …

Writing can be many different things, in terms of styles, genre, platforms, subject matter. There is the question poetry or prose, fiction or non fiction, online or in book form, then novel, novella or short piece.

I discussed some of these issues here, on one of my Wordpress blogs, and I’ve been thinking some more about these things, and would love to hear from others regarding what I write here on Medium.com, my most recent writing platform, Medium.com

What I love about Medium is that there is such a broad range of other writers here, covering a wide variety of styles and subject matter, that it lets me cover a broader range as well.

With my different blogs, I feel I need to stick,more or less, to the theme of what that blog was set up to discuss. For instance there is one more about the garden and dogs, another about living with Multiple Sclerosis, and the most important one about my writing, books and so on. There is also one about my thoughts about Stoicism and in fact living my life in a Stoic way as I understand it to be.

And of course, I’ve left out an important early blog of mine, one I don’t visit as much as the others, but when I do go there to write something, it is bound to be something that has hit me, and feels important to write, because it affects me and others in such a personal way. This it about being the victim of child and other sexual abuse. Fortunately that is becoming less and less of an issue in my life, but I certainly still have friends who are…
