Cheap Hobbies to Consider 3 — Gardening
When something you need to do, is something you love to do, what a huge bonus that is! Gardening, if you enjoy doing it can bring so many beautiful things to your life
This hobby, which is actually a paying job for some people, is a lovely one that can bring many benefits — emotional, physical, spiritual, and financial even.
Personally, I find spending time out in my garden can remind me that even when things in life seem slow, they can still be growing, but their time hasn’t arrived yet. What a fine metaphor that one is!
And the miracle of a tiny seed, becoming a might tree, or a source of sustenance, what a wonder! All I have to do is plant the seed, keep it watered appropriately, and voila, vegetables appear!
Or if not vegetables, then beautiful flowers to look on, pick even, and enjoy! And those vegetables and flowers, if you have enough of them to share, can be sold, earning you some money from your hobby!
And the physical benefits from gardening are many — the exercise from digging up weeds, or holes to plant things in, and bending over, to pick things, which you may need to do many times, all good and healthy things to do.
