Cheap Hobbies To Consider For Getting Fitter and Slimmer
Well this one isn’t necessarily a cheap hobby, but I’m proof that it can be done without spending a great deal of money! I’m currently at the end of a weight loss time, going from 56.9kg this time in 2020, to my current weight of 52.1. This is a slight upward blip, after letting myself enjoy the Christmas bounty, of fine food, and not thinking at all about limiting my food intake.
Not thinking much at all about exercise either really, although with the weather temperatures heading higher in my sunny place in South Australia, I may well be getting in the pool, and be doing some exercises within the next few days. Right now though, I’m in a kind of sitting around doing nothing phase, when the most active I get is to get off of the sofa to let Missy outside, and then letting her back in again.
Missy is a dog, and I well know what the consequences can be if a dog doesn’t get let out, when they show they want out, urgently!
As you can see, Missy is quite a big girl, and a big girl can make a big mess, if you know what I mean!
Anyway, having a dog, means going for a walk is always a free thing to be able to do, and also, there is always a way to dispose of unwanted food. So rather than clearing my plate when eating at home, I know I can leave the food, and give it to Missy once…
