Greyhounds Are Dogs, But With A Difference!
If you have a greyhound, you know the truth about this. Yes they’re canines, but there added extra parts to these tall and slim creatures that aren’t immediately obvious to others.
Greyhounds have special needs, not as in those kids with special needs who have learning difficulties though. Greyhounds need to live with people who are prepared to devote their lives to learning how to read minds, Greyhound dogs’ minds that is, are at least the mind of their own special creature that is their Greyhound!
My husband and I have been involved with dogs for almost all of our 30 plus year marriage, but none of our other dogs has been like our Greyhound Lenny! Sure, he needs food and water, being let out and back inside again, just like all dogs, but with a difference. Your Greyhound needs you to learn how to read its mind, by continuing to make intelligent guesses on what it is they need Right Now!
They will gaze into your eyes, trying to achieve a ‘mind meld’ using the power of their voice to force their wishes from their mind into yours! At least, that’s what I think our dog Lenny is doing when he stands there in front of where I’m seated on the sofa, yelling at me in the way he does!
If I wasn’t already a bit deaf, the force of his voice would surely take away at least some of my hearing ability! It’s a little frustrating for…
