It’s a common thing those wanting to lose weight are sometimes told, and that is that weighing yourself every day is not a good idea. I don’t actually know why people are told this, it makes no sense to me, personally, but maybe others have different ideas about it.

I very much dispute that idea for myself anyway, and my personal statistics have proven, that for me, regularly weighing in and writing down the result has helped me to lose weight. I’ve been weighing myself…
