Some Of My Weight Loss Ideas

It’s a common thing those wanting to lose weight are sometimes told, and that is that weighing yourself every day is not a good idea. I don’t actually know why people are told this, it makes no sense to me, personally, but maybe others have different ideas about it.

I very much dispute that idea for myself anyway, and my personal statistics have proven, that for me, regularly weighing in and writing down the result has helped me to lose weight. I’ve been weighing myself regularly since 16 September 2020, and writing down the result on the calendar on my phone.

And I’ve also been writing down something, if and when I feel it is relevant, including on the day I began doing this. Because I’ve been this, I can easily check back on how my weight loss is going, with insights on why my weight has gone up (or doen, again, if I feel it is relevant).

This was written on my calendar for that date when I began doing this:
“Graham and I have begun 8 week blood sugar diet, so I weighed myself using our scales.
We have analog scales, so it’s difficult to be exact, but I’m calling it 59kg. I will weigh in, and put weight down every few days.”

So that was the beginning, and I have gone on with that up to and including today, and will quite possible continue with it for quite some time, possibly for as long as I am able to do so.
